Open House

Parents,

Open House is Wednesday, September 1st at 6:00.  It is very important that one parent attend to get important information that will help make the transition to McKelvie easier.  Due to Covid we are going to take the following steps...

• We're asking that only one adult per family attend the meeting in person.
• Students do not generally attend Open House, but we are asking that they definitely remain home to keep crowding to a minimum.  
• We will meet by homeroom instead of the entire pod.  Mrs. Correia's homeroom parents will meet in room 45 and Mr. Brown's homeroom parents will meet in room 43.
• We will stream the meeting for all parents who are more comfortable remaining at home or who simply find it more convenient.  We will be able to address questions from parents that are typed into the chat feature of Google Meet.  A link will be sent to all families, by homeroom, next Wednesday.  

Please also remember that...

• Due to confidentiality reasons, we cannot answer questions that are specific to your son or daughter.  We respectfully request that if you have questions that are personal that you call or email us.  We'd be happy to talk on the phone or set up a time to meet.

We'll begin promptly at 6:05 and look forward to seeing you on Wednesday.
